Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns for Unwanted Items

If you decide to return an item for any reason other than damage, defect, or an error on our part, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs by sending you a prepaid shipping label. Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. We may require photos or additional details to process your request.

You can always contact us at sales@iccfoggers.com for any return related query. Once you received your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged as well as if you received the wrong item, so that we may evaluated the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, then you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@iccfoggers.com
