Vector Control Industrial Foggers for Public Health
Vector control industrial foggers play a critical role in public health programs where the objective extends beyond nuisance reduction to the prevention of vector-borne disease. These commercial vector control foggers are engineered to deliver precise and effective fogging for mosquito control, fly control, and other disease-vector management applications in challenging environments.
The control of vectors, diseases, and nuisance insects such as mosquitoes, black flies, sand flies, and houseflies is a core component of many municipal and public health initiatives. A wide range of fogging equipment is available for adulticiding applications, which target flying adult insects. Thermal fogging is often preferred when visible fog coverage is required or when treatments must penetrate dense vegetation.
Thermal Foggers for Vector Control
Golden Eagle™
Portable thermal fogger suitable for efficiently treating small open areas and penetrating dense vegetation. Features adjustable output ranging from 0 to 9 gallons per hour.
Blackhawk™
Higher-capacity thermal fogger that can be connected to a 30- or 55-gallon drum and mounted on a truck or utility vehicle. Delivers outputs of 0 to 18 gallons per hour for larger treatment zones.
Dyna-Fog® 1200™
Truck-mounted thermal fogging machine designed for extensive coverage. Provides outputs ranging from 15 to 120 gallons per hour. Not intended for operation in heavy traffic conditions.
Silvercloud™
Truck-mounted thermal fogger for large-area applications. Delivers outputs from 0 to 40 gallons per hour. Not intended for operation in heavy traffic conditions.
ULV Foggers for Vector Control Programs
Twister XL™
Portable, knapsack-sized aerosol generator that provides ULV penetration for small-scale treatments.
ATV-1 Cold Fogger
Designed for mounting on ATVs, golf carts, or small trailers where larger equipment is impractical.
Mini-Pro™ 8HP
ULV fogger designed for use by factory complexes, small towns, campgrounds, and golf courses. Delivers sufficient quantities of approved chemical formulations with a spray swath of up to 300 feet when operated at speeds of five to ten miles per hour.
Typhoon I™ ULV
Engineered for small to medium-sized towns and cities, offering complete remote operation from the vehicle cab to enhance operator safety. Single-nozzle design with additional air assistance delivers uniform droplet distribution across a 360-degree spray pattern, with effective coverage at speeds of up to 20 miles per hour.
Typhoon II™ ULV
Designed for medium-sized municipalities and features dual adjustable nozzles with remote spray and flush capabilities. Provides a spray swath of approximately 300 feet at operating speeds between five and twenty miles per hour. Optional attachment available for insect control in sewer systems.
Maxi-Pro 4™
High-capacity ULV fogger for large municipalities and city-wide programs, offering complete vehicle-cab control. Using four nozzles, the Maxi-Pro 4™ delivers uniform droplet dispersal across a 300-foot-wide swath at speeds of five to twenty miles per hour. Sewer treatment attachment available for mosquito control in underground systems.
Dyna-Jet® L30
Electrically powered ULV fogger designed for high-capacity output with low noise levels, utilizing advanced control systems and brushless motor technology.
ULV Pumping Systems
Diaphragm Pump
12-volt DC, chemically resistant diaphragm pump with a flow range of 0 to 128 oz/min (0 to 3,785 ml/min). High-flow pump well suited for barrier sprays, adulticides, and larvicides. Available on Maxi-Pro 1800, Maxi-Pro 2D, Typhoon II, Typhoon I, and Mini-Pro 8HP models.
FMI Piston Pump
12-volt DC piston pump featuring a ceramic piston, precision drive motor, carbon cylinder liner, and stainless steel housing with Viton® and Teflon® seals. Output ranges from 0 to 16 oz/min (0 to 473 ml/min) with a 1/4-inch piston, or up to 20 oz/min (591 ml/min) with an optional 3/8-inch piston. Available on Maxi-Pro 1800, Typhoon I, Typhoon II, Maxi-Pro 145, Maxi-Pro 4, Dyna-Jet® L30, and Mini-Pro 8HP models.
Gear Pump
Variable-speed, magnetically coupled gear pump with a stainless steel body and carbon-filled gears. Output ranges from 0 to 18 oz/min (0 to 532 ml/min). Syncroflow technology enables automatic output adjustment proportional to vehicle speed, with real-time digital speed display. Available on Maxi-Pro 4, Typhoon I, Maxi-Pro 145, and Maxi-Pro 1800 models.
Dyna-Fog® Radar Syncroflow
Available on many vehicle-mounted ULV units, this system automatically proportions output to vehicle speed, with automatic cut-off above 20 mph and below 4 mph. Ensures even chemical distribution while minimizing environmental impact and preventing overspray, without requiring wiring connections to the vehicle.
