Temperature

Ventilation and re-entry

Under the EPA Worker Protection Standard, fog, mist, and aerosol applications carry specific ventilation criteria and a restricted-entry interval (REI) that must be met before anyone re-enters — extension guidance for enclosed-space production lays this out. As a common practical minimum, keep the house closed after fogging, then ventilate fully before re-entry — but always defer to the label REI.
Pre-treatment plant condition
Make sure foliage is dry before treatment and that plants aren't under moisture stress.
